Does this project include a single video or will you need us to produce several as part of a series? If you're goal is to eventually have multiple videos produced but you aren't quite sure if you want to start with more than just one, keep in mind that the "per video" investment will be much less if you bundle several into one project.

How long should your video(s) be?

Let us know if your video(s) must be a specific length or if it's ok if they fall within a certain range. Most company or product marketing videos run 1 to 3-minutes where training videos typically range from 5 to 20-minutes. Videos designed for Instagram are 10 to 15-seconds and television commercials are typically 15, 30 or 60-seconds in length.

How and where will your finished video be shared with your target audience?

Do you need help with developing a production-ready script for your video(s)?

A production-ready script details what the viewer will both see and hear while watching your video(s). This includes approved voiceover or spokesperson copy, interview sound bytes, b-roll footage, text overlays and motion graphic animations. The production-ready script serves as the blue print for everything we do once production begins. We have clients who provide us with an approved script that's ready for production, other clients who rely on us to create the entire script from scratch, and some that provide us with a solid first draft that we then take to completion. Let us know what involvement you'd like us to have with the scriptwriting process.

Will your video(s) include a professional voiceover?

If so, great! What type of voice are you interested in? We can cast any type of voice so let us know if we're looking for a male or female, young or old, particular dialect or ethnicity, etc.

Will your video(s) feature an on-camera spokesperson and/or professional actors?

If so, will you provide the talent or do you need us to help with casting, auditioning, etc.? If the latter, please give us an idea as to the type of spokesperson or actors you want to use in producing your video(s). If you aren't sure, just type "not sure" in the field below.

Will we need to film interviews with executives, key staff members, customers, volunteers, etc.?

If so, how many interviews will we need to capture and will it be possible to shoot all interviews at the same location on the same day? If you already know the people (or positions) you'd like us to interview, please list them here as well.

Will your video(s) feature non-professional actors? (executives, employees, friends, etc.)

Most video projects don't have the budget to hire professional actors, nor do they require it. Instead we often use amateur actors to include staff members, executives, vendors, volunteers, etc. Let us know if you can provide these non-professional actors for this video project and give us an idea as to who all will be available for filming.

Will you provide the location(s) for your video shoot?

Most videos are shot at a client's office, show room, plant, warehouse or home. If your project requires a specific residence, outdoor environment or studio space, let us know if you plan to source and coordinate use of these locations or if you'll need us to handle scouting and securing locations for your film shoot.

If you'll provide the filming locations, what additional information can you provide regarding location logistics?

Describe the location (office, warehouse, manufacturing facility, residence, etc.) What is the address of your location(s)? When do employees arrive for work? When does the work day end? Are there any days that we shouldn't plan to film? How many shifts do you run and what are the schedules? Will your video(s) include custom art like icons, characters and/or infographics?

Let us know if you will provide these graphics to us or if we'll need to provide graphic design services so we can create them for you. Some clients already have these materials as part of their branding, while others need us to create them from scratch. Will there be any major special effects or complex animation sequences in your video(s)?

Please describe the type of special effects or animation sequences you'll need us to create as part of this video project. This could be illustrating a complex process, technical specs overlayed over a product or part, or any other type of graphic animation needed to communicate your message.
