Flexible video and photography packages or turnkey production support

Footage & Photography for Your Team

Already have an internal team or agency handling the finished content? We provide local videographers and photographers to capture what they need.

We can follow your brief and shot list, coordinate with your site contact, and deliver organized footage and photos for your team to use. Bring us in for a specific assignment or make us your ongoing capture partner.

Complete Production, From Start to Finish

Need finished content ready to share? We handle planning, scripting, filming, photography, editing, motion graphics, and delivery.

Your team provides the project knowledge and approvals. We manage the production details and create content for your intended audience, whether that’s a client, a new subcontractor, your employees, or a prospective customer.

Build a Production Plan Around Your Schedule

Some needs are predictable: monthly client updates, scheduled orientations, annual events. Others come up as the project moves forward.

We can establish recurring coverage around your construction schedule and coordinate additional shoots when needed. That gives your site teams and corporate departments a familiar production partner to call throughout the project.

A single visit can also serve several purposes. We might capture a client progress update, photograph the crew, record a safety message, and gather footage for a future project case study—all within a planned shoot.

Production That Fits the Jobsite

A successful shoot starts with coordination. We work with your designated contacts to understand site access, required PPE, orientation requirements, approved filming areas, and the activities scheduled for that day.

We plan around active work and communicate what the crew needs in advance, helping your team prepare without adding unnecessary demands to the day.

Getting Started is Simple

1. Tell us about your projects.
Share your locations, schedule, and communication needs. We’ll help identify the right coverage and deliverables.

2. We coordinate the production.
We arrange the crews, align with your site contacts, and manage the details for a single shoot or recurring visits.

3. Get content your teams can use.
Receive footage and photos, finished videos, or both—ready for client updates, internal communications, training, and marketing.

A Reliable Partner for the Life of Your Projects

Keep clients informed, support your crews, celebrate your people, and showcase your work—with one team coordinating video and photography wherever you build.

Videographer & Photographer FAQs

Common questions answered to help you hire the right partner for your next construction project or ongoing portfolio of projects.

Q: How much does it cost to hire a professional videographer or photographer?

Rates depend on the size of the crew, gear requirements, and length of the shoot. Most camera crew packages begin with a half-day or full-day rate. After learning more about your project, we can provide a clear, no-surprises quote.

Q: How fast can you staff a crew?

Often within a week, sometimes within a couple days depending on availability. For commercial or multi-camera productions, booking 1–2 weeks ahead is ideal. If you’re on a fast timeline, reach out — we’ll move quickly to help. It is important to note that we operate on a first come, first serve basis in each city so it’s never too early to book our crew.

Q: Do you provide both crew and gear?

Yes — We can provide all necessary crew personnel along with cinema/photography cameras, lighting kits, audio packages, and support gear. We’ll customize a package based on your project needs if it falls outside our typical camera crew/gear packages.

Q: Can your crew film interviews and provide lighting?

Absolutely. Interviews are one of our specialties. We bring the full lighting and audio setup needed to achieve clean, professional results that match your brand’s visual style. However, if you prefer to keep things lean while on your construction site, we can always film interviews without extra lighting or heavy equipment.

Q: Can you match a specific camera or codec?

Yes. We work primarily with Sony, Canon, and Blackmagic camera packages, but can also provide others if needed. If your project requires a specific camera format, frame rate, or codec, let us know and we’ll do our best to match it.

Q: Do you offer drone services with your camera crews?

Yes. We have licensed, insured FAA-certified drone operators available for aerial b-roll, facility footage, and photography anywhere in the United States. Whether you need a dedicated drone operator or a videographer/photographer who is also FAA-certified, we have you covered!

Q: How does footage/photo delivery work?

Client drive, cloud upload, overnight shipping — whatever works best for you. Just let us know and we’ll make it happen!
