Girls' Inc. Unbought & Unbossed Awards Virtual Re-Mix

THE CHALLENGE

Due to state restrictions and public health concerns, Girl’s Inc. of Chattanooga’sannual Unbought and Unbossed Awards fell victim to the wrath of COVID-19, as an in-person event was no longer an option. As a signature fundraiser for the organization, they needed to figure out a way to have the event virtually.
 

THE PROCESS

The first step in the process was to contact virtual event and video professionals. That’s us! We consulted on the numerous ways this event could be produced while helping guide the planning team on the types of assets, people and other logistics that needed to be considered to create a high-energy, fast-paced, engaging and professionally-produced virtual experience.

The team then went to work creating a detailed run of show, identifying videos that needed to be produced as well as finding videos and other assets the client already had on-hand.
 
The Girls’ Inc. development and marketing team did an amazing job of promoting the event. Just because an event is virtual doesn’t mean you can cut corners on promoting the event and developing donors! With over 70 corporate tables sold, this was a healthy number of people to recruit from to become “virtual table hosts."

THE RESULTS

With the collaborative effort and hard work by the Girls Inc. volunteers, staff, and our experienced events team, we blew the top off this event!
 
Raised $18,500 via Text-to-Give during the one-hour virtual event (Goal was $15,000.)

Raised $125,325 overall through sponsorships and as people continued to give after the virtual event ended

Social Stats: 6,061 people reached by live stream content, 3,219 engagements, and 3,467 views

There’s a new hospital in town! We helped CHI Memorial Georgia create a TV spot announcing new ownership of a hospital in North Georgia featuring local celebrities.


Building A pipeline under the Tennessee River? Yep, they did it. Tennessee American Water invested $3.2 million to improve water service for 20,000 customers. We’ve documented the process to prove it.

Connections, education and career and community. That’s what the PRSA – Lookout Chapter is all about. Take a peek at all the happy and smiling faces in this brand video.


It’s all about the tires. At least it is for Nokian Tyres, its dealers and customers. This event highlight video showcases awesome product footage as well as testimonials from event attendees.

A “Life without Limitations” was the theme behind this promotional video for Ossur Academy, a place where amputees and certified prosthesis can to receive specialized help in fitting prosthetics.
